Display or loading issues | Web app

If you encounter problems posting or loading on our web app, please follow these steps:

1. Update your browser
Your browser may be out of date. Check if there is an update available for your browser and install it. Updates often include fixes for bugs that can solve your problems.

2. Using private navigation
Private browsing makes it possible to visit websites without data such as history, cookies or cache being stored. This can help you see if the problems relate to your stored data. If the web app works properly in private mode, it means that the data stored in your normal session causes the problem.

3. Clear the browser cache
Your browser cache stores temporary data of the websites you visit. Sometimes these data can cause loading or display problems. To solve this problem, clear your browser cache. Then reload the page to see if this corrected the problem.

4. Turn-enable browser extensions
Some extensions, such as advertising blockers or security tools, may interfere with the normal operation of websites. Activate your extensions temporarily to see if they cause the problem. If this results in the error, try to determine which extension poses a problem.

5. Get married again
Marrying your browser can sometimes solve temporary performance or loading problems. Close your browser completely and reopen it to see if the problem persists.

6. Try another browser
If the previous steps do not work, try accessing our web app in another browser. This will allow you to determine whether the problem is specific to your current browser or if it is more.
